Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:
Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end social media content
Create consistent and meaningful content on social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts
Create, produce, and edit short videos for social media content (basic or intermediate video editing skills)
Communicate with followers, improve engagement, response to questions promptly, and promote social media campaign
Work closely with the marketing team to suggest recommendations and generate creative ideas to adjust the marketing strategy for upcoming campaigns for optimal results
Research, analyze, and approach (end-to-end execution) KOL talent / UGC Content Creator endorsement marketing strategy to deliver successful ongoing and future campaigns
Create and analyze data in reporting social media performance to optimize activations
Create a professional/proper deck or proposal for collaboration or any kind of marketing for pitching to externals

Create visual content guidelines and review regularly based on external benchmarking or internal suggestions to ensure the visual content stays relevant to current trends

Operate professional cameras, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment.

Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality video content, including color correction, sound mixing, and adding visual effects.
